Flexible Employment Options

This position is primarily Permanent Part-Time (Monday–Friday). However, for candidates who hold dual registration (RN/RM), we are pleased to offer a Full-Time role. In this capacity, you will share your expertise across both the midwifery and nursing teams, providing a diverse and rewarding educational leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Education: Deliver high-quality coaching and competency assessments for the midwifery team.

What You Bring

  • Registration: Tertiary qualifications in Midwifery (Dual Nursing/Midwifery registration required for full-time).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate clinical experience.

  • Skills: Strong leadership qualities and a demonstrated ability to teach or precept staff.

  • Desirable: Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Education.
